PORTFOLIO
We have extensive experience in managing large portfolios of assets.
Outstanding track record managing the London Portfolio (mean value £7bn) of Land Securities, in that period the UK’s largest REIT.
Over 8 years between 2004-2011 transacted over £4bn of property for the Portfolio, outperforming the London IPD benchmark by +2.5%, +4.7% and +2.0% from 2006 to 2009.

Sarina and Richard have worked together for over seven years, including as Joint Managing Directors of a European Asset Manager's UK office.
SARINA DWEK
Director
Sarina is an experienced adviser in the Central London and UK markets
Her pan-European experience includes Germany, Netherlands, France, Spain where she focused on cross-border transactions
Sarina set up Dwek Property as an independent Investment Advisory Business in 2005, and opened L'Etoile Properties' UK office in 2013, transacting over £600m
She was Joint MD, UK and Ireland, at Sienna RE between 2021-22
Sarina has an MBA from INSEAD.

RICHARD LINNELL
Director
Richard is an experienced asset manager, having spent 22 years at Land Securities UK, where he was Head of Investment Management between 2004-11 and transacted over £4bn of properties. He also spent time as Chair of the DB Pension Fund (a £200m non-property pension fund) and ran the Group secured borrowing between 1991-2001
Richard was subsequently Head of Asset and Investment Management at London & Regional between 2012-13, after which he started Recore London, the precursor to Recore Property.
Recently, Richard was Joint MD, UK and Ireland, at Sienna RE between 2021-22
Richard has an MA from Cambridge University and is a Fellow of the RICS (FRICS).
